91 years old and realized jesus died for all our sins past present and future and not just original sin as i always believed. Lot of

reading that God knew world was sinful and all sins are forgiven, is a work in progress as we are not perfect but we will receive heavenly reward if we believe Jesus was the messiah and died for forgiveness of sin. now i read where once we believe, repeating a sin cannot be forgiven. which is correct?

thank you, i hope this reaches you and that it finds all well with you and yours... when i realized the only forgiveness that i could ever have to cover my sins in this life would be my part in crucifying Christ upon the cross, that was putting my sin upon him when i asked for forgiveness thru what he done for all time past, present, and future... as i see it,, my story of my life has already been written start to finish and is known only to him that resides in the past present & future and i am now living that story...somewhere along the way i made the decision and believe on CHRIST, I believe he took all my sin upon that cross and was crucified....i have not finished living the story yet, so sin in my life will happen but i don't have to keep crucifying christ for what HE done one time for all times...but i must confess my short comings and sin and believe he is worthy in his word about my covering in his blood and this is for you as well...

Shane thank you ever so much. You gave me the answer i needed,. I have been a believer since I was a small boy. I was led to believe then that if we died with a mortal sin on our soul we could not enter heaven. O ver the years i ran hot and cold attending church but never lost my faith in Christ. I had never read the bible but in the last year i started reading several pages a day and I have learned so much that i never knew. I wish i would hav e started years ago but now i will continue my quest for the rest of my life. I always knew Jesus was crucified but i thought it was to erase original sin of adam and eve from our souls. Im originally from Michigan and now i watch church service on line every week to church my son and his wife attend and with daily bible reading I feel so at peace and wonderment about the horrible sacrifice Jesus made to forgive our sins that we may spend eternity with him. Again, appreciate your response and hope you are well and everything is going good in your life according to plans you have set for yourself, Len

    Len hoffman:

Psalms 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he REMOVED OUR TRANSGRESSIONS from us.

All by the shed blood of Christ and his resurrection.

God the Father sees you, Len, as the righteousness of Christ, Christ has given you his righteousness, it's your inheritance, Glory in the works of God.

It's your gift from your Father.

    God Bless you!
