Is the Lord of the New Testament same as Lord of the Old Testament?

Verses considered thus far: Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 43:11, Matthew 22:37, Mark 12:29

You can always tell who is God and who is Jesus by the caps. LORD God and Lord Jesus,,, God and Jesus .

Thanks, do you think Isaiah 43:11 is referring to God the Father then, and not the Jesus the Son, or the Godhead?

"I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour."

Since Jesus is the one and only savior as 1 John 4:14 and Acts 4:12 says, do you think its possible the uppercase LORD and savior is Jesus?

And then He goes on in verse 12 to declare how he have "saved" , and have shewed, when there was no strange god among them: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God.

Being that They are one in the same, as you know. from what Im reading in Isaiah 43. God is declaring before witnesses that He had chosen and gathered that He is the one and only God, the way the truth and the light, and there is no other "savior" besides Him. It's still God the Father speaking here.
