    Please pray for my lower back. It is so stiff and sore. I'm not a leader to move sit or lie down without being in pain. Thank you.

    Dear Valarie, Ouch! I have back problems myself from time to time. It is no fun! Prayers going up for God to heal you by His supernatural touch or by means such as OTC pain meds, heating pad, and such things He has provided for us in certain times of need.

    Dear Lord Jesus, have mercy upon Valerie and heal her back tonight, taking away the pain and stiffness that is problems for her. Give her a good night's rest and keep your healing hand upon her always. Amen.
