My friend Mike P. struggles greatly with self-pity and needs deliverance. When I spoke with him about it his response was not to surrender it to God, so he could be made whole, but he said let me ponder on it.

Dear Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus we come before You asking that You will stir Mike's heart to seek you and to find rest, joy, and satisfaction in You. Help Mike to turn to You when he feels down on himself. Help Mike to understand the greatness of Your love and care for all You have made. Help Mike to begin to understand the height, depth, width, and all encompassing love You have for him. Bring Mike into right fellowship with You and lift him up. Amen
hallelujah! That is wonderful news about Mike. So glad to have the privilege to pray for him. May Mike continue to grow in his faith and progress in the deliverance that God is doing in his life. How great that Mike stood up and gave testimony at church before others! So good to see the work of God in him. Thank you for the update!
