All of us need healing, whether it be from physical or emotional sickness, anger, vengeance, wrath, condemnation, hateful and fearful thoughts, fear of ourselves, others or God, drugs, bad habits, etc.
The world is so focused on healing symptoms and not the source of all the above, which is fear. Without fear none of them would exist.
All healing is release from the FEAR of awakening and the substitution of the decision to wake. The decision to wake is the reflection of the will to love, since ALL healing involves replacing fear with LOVE.
Please take note, that none of this has anything in common with the "woke" movement currently happening.
Good post , I agree , fear is a powerful enemy but we can conquer it through Christ . We should not fear any thing in this life . Proverbs 28 verse 1 .
Dear KhberryS, God will deliver you, but you must take the first step to remove these drugs from your life. Quit taking them, get counseling, join a 12-step program, and talk to your pastor. If you aren't saved, ask Jesus to come into your heart.
If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.- Romans 10:9-13.
I will keep you in prayer. May you soon be delivered from that which enslaves you in addiction. I am sorry that this has come to you. Addiction is not an easy way of life. May God bring you out of it soon by His mighty power.
