I have a question concerning the Endtimes to all who would like to answer. This will be opinion only unless someone can provide Scripture proving otherwise. There was an eclipse that crossed the USA on 8-21-2017. Another one will cross the USA in the opposite direction forming a big X over the Nation, and it will happen on 4-8-2024. Thats really close to 7 years between the two. Does anyone think this could be, or is it connected to the Endtime prophecies? Blessings to all.

Matthew 24 Doesn't have to do with the eclipse that you where referring to. but Jesus did talk about

the end of times. of course he was talking here about Jerusalem's temple at that time which did happened. but this scripture event continues into our day until Jesus comes. as you read this scripture; you read the signs Jesus was talking about would happen and compare it to pass centuries and today? also Jesus talked about his appearance ( Matthew 24:30) after these things (verse 4-14) will be accomplished. After that Great Tribulation of the destruction of Jerusalem (verse 29,30) The son of man which is Jesus will appear ( Matthew 24:14).

Jesus hasn't yet came. but we still see war (verse 6) but the end is not yet! (verse 36)

Hi Jimbob. That's very interesting but a couple of things perplex me: eclipses occur from the West to the East only (so not sure where the information was published that an earlier eclipse occurred from East to West, or the other way around). As well, eclipses don't cause a "Big X" mark or X shadow on the Earth. I guess unless anyone can verify these aspects from what you've read, it sounds like it's just a normal total Solar eclipse, similar to the recent one this month in the NW of Western Australia. But if what you've shared is true (i.e. the X and eclipses occurring from different directions), then there may be cause for concern & a looking out for other wildly unnatural phenomenon.

Chris thank you for your response. Its easy to find this information on nasa's website, you just google the path of the 2017, and the 2024 eclipse and it will bring it up. I'm sorry I probably could have worded that a little better Chris, after the two eclipses cross the Nation the center point, (where they intersect) is right in the middle of the Nation. You could also google "seven Salem's of the 2017 eclipse". Thats also really interesting along with the intersecting point of the two is western Kentucky right over the New Madrid earthquake fault line. Is God getting ready to do something really big in this country? It would seem so! Again thank you Chris.

I checked out NASA's map of the paths of those solar eclipses, Jimbob. Thanks for that. Very intriguing but could we ever attribute eclipses like these ones, however notable, to some connection to the times ahead? Since nothing resulted from them apart from those dedicated eclipse watchers/chasers getting a few minutes of excitement, I really can't perceive any specific warning from God; when they do happen, as also for earthquakes, pestilences, tidal waves, in quicker succession & with greater ferocity, then my ears & mind would definitely be alerted. Thanks again.
