    LaNora,

You might want to take a look at Isaiah 45:18 which reads "For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord; and there is none else."

Not sure if this is what you're looking for?

Thanks Jesse I am doing a Bible study on the book of Psalms. I have gotten to a question on verse 90:2 and it ask the question: What has the everlasting God formed?

So I was thinking after reading the verse that God has formed "ever"lasting to everlasting.

I was curious to find out if anyone else thought the same. Thanks for responding

    Hello LaNora,

    Good to meet you.

In reading Psalm 90:2, it is stating that God is from everlasting to everlasting, (that is eternal, always the same) and that from everlasting to everlasting, He is the only God there is.

Hello LaNora. The way that I read Psalm 90:2, is that even before God formed the Earth (i.e. the physical parts of the Earth) and the World (i.e. the inhabitable parts of the Earth; cf Nahum 1:5)), God is a God Who lives in eternity. That is, God was always present even before He determined that the worlds (the universe) would be created by Him. So, I don't read that verse in Psalm 90:2 as God forming an everlasting or eternal concept, rather that He is a God Who is without beginning & without end, because He is a God Whose eternal Presence demands that space & time have no ends (or limits) in eternity. For us humans, space & time are observable & we live according to its limitations & impositions upon us. But God ever exists within all of space & time, so that neither can control Him, rather He is the Creator & Sustainer of all things within those dimensions.
