"Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them." (v.7)
Prophet Ezekiel is referring to the kings of the east and his warning to them is juxtaposed by Jesus warning his disciples. " Behold, I have told you before./ Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not./ For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be."(Matt.24:25-28)
Gog is associated with the land of Magog. "Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,"

'Christ in us' is also our spiritual food as Jesus taught us. Doing the will of God should be our meat and drink. So lusting for meat was tantamount to loathing the angel's food. Here we see the slippery path to their destruction as a nation. They are synonymous with the land of Magog.
