May all parents have the spirit of discernment when it comes to their children- all children.

May the Holy Spirit protect their little hearts of flesh and keep them from hardening.

May these little angels know that JESUS is their protector and May all who hurt a child- feel their pain and sorrow in Jesus Mighty Name i Pray.

LindaM, I agree. Father God, I pray that every single person who plays a role in a child's life be

aware of how what they say, where they go and what they do greatly influences the child's life. In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.

LindaM , I hear you . The most heinous crimes are those commited by bullies who only pick on those that are weaker than themselves . We read of so many tiny children tortured and murdered by adults , more often than not their own family members . It breaks my heart . I suffered physical and psychological torture at the hands of my dad from being a baby until I was seven . After that my mom neglected and abused me mentally until I was in my early twenties when God saved me . He helped me to realise that none of it was my fault . I believed I was inadequate and in some way defective because even my own parents couldn't love me , I thought I was undeserving and inferior to everyone . I still have those ghosts wandering around me sometimes :) . God has and does shown me what real love is and it's His Love . The love He has for Christ and us and the love Christ has for Him and us .I didn't even know what love was until God showed me . We can pray that God heals all these young people who have been scarred , inwardly and outwardly by truly evil people , bullies who enjoy torturing weaker things . In fairness , the bullies need healing also , for there is something seriously wrong with them . My dad died before he reached 60 years . My mom and I have had an on and off relationship , we are on at the moment , she is old and very vulnerable so I am doing my best to be a better daughter to her than she was a mother to me . I think she is slightly bewildered by my kindness :) . It's good for me to do this , it's helping me to heal . I ask God to continue to support me , physically mentally emotionally and spiritually , so that I can continue showing my mom the love she never showed me . God bless you .

Thank you for sharing this about your childhood. So sorry it happened to you that way. I can tell that God is healing you and is with you in your daily life. I will be praying for you. Even though the abuse ended, the wounds continue long after, so I do pray for further healing and that you serve your mother in love all the days she has remaining. May you both be blessed by our wonderful Savior with healing of these wounds, forgiveness for the offenses, and restoration between you and your mother.

Jema, I am so sorry of what you went through. Not just one parent but both. You had no control of what was happening when you were young. Now you do. Heavenly Father, I pray for my sister in Christ, that she help children. Whenever Jema sees a child that she remember them in prayer. Father God, touch Jema with an overwhelming love, that she feel Your presence, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Amen
