Folks i want to humbly ask you for prayers for me to get my bathroom mopped today and hopefully my bedding cleaned sometime today.I have virtually no stamina before i need to sit or lie down to rest.I know that i tend to overeat which i am hoping to modify .I went thru a divorce and loss of child in 2013 and i am just now coming to terms with it all.

    Dear Bibleman72

    I will pray for you.

Dear Heavenly Father, We come to You as your children today in the name of Jesus and ask that You help Bibleman to overcome the trauma of the loss of his child and the divorce from his wife. These are terribe things to have come upon him and You know how he is suffering. Heal his broken spirit and lift up his mind and heart from depressing thoughts and feelings. Help him to better care for his daily needs especially with a disability. And we ask that you allow him to spend more days with his mom. Provide the transportation for him to visit her and keep her well cared for in the assisted living facility. Bless Bibleman today with peace, comfort, hope, resilience, strength, and energy. Bring to him motivation to accomplish things on a small scale for now and help him progress to more and more normalcy in his day to day life. Send people to him who can help him. Father, we set him in Your care. Amen.

It sounds as if you have been walking a tough road for a while now . I know from experience that the best way to build up your physical stamina is to push yourself to go that bit further every day , but I do mean only a little bit further every day , pace yourself , give yourself plenty of time to rest between chores , you can do it I'm sure . Whatever else you do , make time and space to think about Your Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ your Redeemer . Read your Bible , say your prayers , thank God for every good thing in your life and don't give up ! I thank God every day for sustaining me , physically mentally emotionally and spiritually , and I ask Him to please continue to do so . If there are things that you are doing that you know are hindering your progress , you must address them and ask God for the strength and determination to do what you know is good for you . As I already know , patience is required :) , not something that comes naturally to me I'm afraid , I've had to learn it because of my own physical limitations . Trust in God , thank Him every day and remember , your physical body is God given so respect the gift . If you spend a lot of time alone ,talk to God , all day every day , it's very good therapy . Keep going Bibleman72 , you have plenty to look forward to :) .
