Sin separates us from God, It doesn't bring us to God.

Man in his natural state loves darkness.

Beware of anyone that teaches that sin is good!

Also Beware of the snare that God saves you by his Love and compromise his righteous Judgment.

"God so loved the world, THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON,

(( God didn't excuse our sin, It cost him dearly!

Christ was judged!! He wasn't let off the hook! He prayed 3 times to let this cup pass him!

If it was any other way, God didn't answer him.))

that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Read and Study John 3:17-21. and John 16:7-14.

We've been baptized into a body of believers and led and sealed by one Spirit. And that's Christ.

Israel in the OT shows the weakness of man left alone and the absence of the indwelling Spirit of Christ. and it is a lesson for you and I.

    Judges 2:8-13.

And Joshua, the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died, being an hundred and ten years old.

And they buried him in the border of his inheritance in Timnathheres, in the mount of Ephraim, on the north side of the hill Gaash.

And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the LORD, nor yet the works which he had done for Israel.

And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD, and served Baalim:

And they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked the LORD to anger.

And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtaroth.

That's why Jeremiah 31:31-34 is Prophesied.

    God bless.

    Jordyn.

This will be my last reply to you on this topic.

You and I have debated this for years and you know we believe in different endings.

You guys believe one day we will be Gods.

You guys believe sinning is just a tool God uses to accomplish that.

You guys don't believe in Satan or Hell.

You try to ease this belief into the fold.

We directly say there is One God and there always will be. And there is everlasting punishment for those who will face judgment because they didn't receive Gods atonement. (Christ)

Christ came to lift the curse, "singular" caused by Adam sin.

This curse which is death is pronounced on all creation, Not just man. Romans 8:22.

Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

Romans 5:15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.

That's all I have for you on this.

    God bless.

    Brother S Spencer:

You say you believe, but is HALF BELIEF enough to get you into the Kingdom of God or does God require TOTAL BELIEF of his WORKS.

You say you believe in the works of the resurrection.

But is belief in half the WORKS of Christ resurrection enough or does it takes total belief to OBTAIN the Kingdom of God.

I don't think you know what the kingdom of God is, YET.

What were the WORKS of Christ's resurrection:

OUR sins of the flesh were forgiven and covered by the Lambs blood.

DEATH was conquered, and IMMORTALITY, the gift of God, established, and CHRIST ONLY hath IMMORTALITY ( 1 Timothy 6:16).

Christ ONLY arose, and we as JOINT HEIRS.

Here is where you STOP BELIEVING.

Mark 10:8 And THEY twain shall be ONE flesh: so then THEY are NO MORE twain, but ONE FLESH.

So whose flesh are you, Christ flesh,

    Or is Christ, your flesh.

    The word gives the answer;

1 Corinthians 15:50 ....flesh and blood cannot INHERIT the kingdom of GOD .....

You INHERIT the Kingdom of God, it is not a place, it is a person.

Genesis 2:23 This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: for SHE, Christ wife, shall be called WOMAN, because SHE is taken out of MAN ( Revelation 12).

1 Corinthians 15:53 ..... this mortal shall PUT on IMMORTALITY .......

    1 Timothy 6:16 ..... Christ ONLY hath IMMORTALITY .....

John 17:22 ..... that THEY may be ONE, as WE are ONE .....

You believe Christ and his Father are ONE.

Yet, you DON'T BELIEVE, you we made ONE with them by the resurrection of Christ.

These are not my words that you don't believe.

John 10:34 JESUS SAID, is it not WRITTEN in your LAW, I said, ye are gods ...... Psalms 82:6 .......

Isaiah 55:11 My WORD WILL NOT return unto me VOID .....but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the THING whereto I sent it.

Isaiah 28:21 ....that he may do HIS WORK, his strange WORK, and BRING TO PASS HIS ACT, his strange act.

Can you enter the Kingdom of God, ONLY BELIEVING half of God's WORD.

    Brother S Spencer:

I have a question about your comment.

You said: Sin separates us form God, it doesn't bring us to God.

    Do you sin?

I know you will say yes I sin.

So by your comment, you are separated from God, correct.

You will say, but I confess my sins and ask for forgiveness.

What happen if you miss one sin, and asking forgiveness, of just one sin you might have overlooked?

    This has always puzzled me.

    God BLESS YOU!
  • S Spencer - In Reply - 1 year ago
    Hi Jordyn.

Those are actually very good questions.

    Yo asked; Do I sin?

    Then you stated the following and asked another question;

"You will say, but I confess my sins and ask for forgiveness."

    Your second question;

What happen if you miss one sin, and asking forgiveness, of just one sin you might have overlooked?

Jordyn, When I came to Christ I confessed that I am a sinner and in need of a savior.

I wasn't let off the hook when God saved me.

We know there is no remission of sin without the shedding of blood. Hebrews 9:22.

The wages of sin is death.

    Romans 6:23.

John 1:29 says The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the "SIN" of the world. That sin is singular. This speaks of the penalty of sin.

That takes care of the deficiency of this body of death that is waiting for redemption.

The question today is did Christ pay the redeeming price for our sins before we sinned or after.

He paid the penalty for our sin "before" we sinned, and this was ordained of him before the foundation of the world.

So, I may have missed a sin but he certainly did not.

    God bless.

    Brother S Spencer:

Romans 6:23 The wages of "SIN" is death .....

John 1:29 ..... Behold the Lamb of God, which takes away the "SIN" of the world ..... this sin is singular .....

I agree this "SIN" is a single sin.

Then you said: This speaks of the penalty of sin.

I disagree: the Lamb takes away this single "SIN" not the penalty of this single "SIN" and if this single "SIN" is not purged out of US: the PENALTY STANDS

This is the ONLY "SIN" not covered by the Lamb's blood.

God's word tells us what this single "SIN" is.

You have quoted this in other comments.

John 16:8 And when he is come he will reprove the world of "SIN"

This is the same single "SIN" and same world of John 1:29

This is the same single "SIN" that keep the children of Israel from entering the promised land, the PENALTY: they DIED in the wilderness.

John 16:9 Of "SIN" because they BELIEVE NOT ......

    And what purges this "SIN"

Proverbs 16:6 By TRUTH and MERCY iniquity is PURGED.

Christ is the spirit of TRUTH, and when he IS COME he will reprove the world of UNBELIEF.

Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins (plural) of many and unto them who look for him shall he appear the second time without "SIN" (singular)(unbelief) unto salvation.

    God BLESS YOU!

    Sister Jema:

I know you read all the comments.

I have made several comment that says Christ is the Kingdom of God, and he is.

Christ is the high priest in the Kingdom.

He is calling out a priesthood to server under him, and during the (1000 year, ONE DAY, now 2000 years) going on NOW, we will be ministering spirit, as is Christ during this AGE.

When he has gathered all his priest, he will resurrect the dead back to their flesh and blood bodies.

Blessed are the ones who believe without seeing.

All the UNBELIEVING Thomas will LITERALLY SEE, and TOUCH the nail prints in his body, and BE ASHAMED.

We will also be given HIS BODY, and bear those scars, being crucified with him.

When the trumpet sounds an army of ONE FLESH will appear.

    Seeing is believing.

ALL judgement has been given to Christ, so by his resurrection, he made his judges flesh of his flesh and bone of his bone so they could judge in truth and mercy.

Romans 9:23 That he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels if mercy, which he hath afore prepared for glory.

Romans 11:32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy on all.

Romans 11:31 .... that through your mercy they my also obtain mercy ...

    God Bless YOU!

Good morning to you :) , I don't read all the comments as I just don't have time unfortunately , I do read all of yours and one or two others on here and I always look out for people asking questions . I believe that we , spiritual Israel , are the Kingdom of God through and because of Christ . I also believe that all flesh shall see the Salvation of God when Christ returns to earth physically , and sets up his Father's Kingdom here . When that happens he truly will be the Saviour of all , because without his intervention we would destroy ourselves with nuclear weapons . At that time all atheists and idolaters , whatever their creed colour race or religion , will be given the opportunity to accept him and his Father . I like to think that most will :) . I really feel that we are in the very last days now . Things can change so fast and there are always things going in that we are not told about . For sure I believe that Israel's allies , and the reason that they are so bold and confident , will withdraw from them for some reason . I've said this before about how Israel in the Old Testament , put it's trust in its friends and in hirelings to save them from their enemies . It didn't work out for them then and it won't work out for them now . They are emboldened by their allies . They are not trusting in God to save them , but when did they ever :( ? When their enemies are on the brink of defeating them , Christ will physically return to save them , physical Israel and us spiritual Israel and indeed all , all will be given the chance to accept him and his Father and ours . Great and awesome days are coming Jordyn , I'm very excited and a bit over emotional about it all if I'm honest . I just can't wait for real peace and justice and love to rule this earth . God is love and all things work together for good to them that....love.....God . That's the key for all Christians , we must open our hearts to our God to His Son and to each other . See you there :) .

I'm not trying to be a nuisance, just trying to understand where you are coming from.

I know you believe we are saved by grace alone.

You said, When I came to Christ, I confessed that I am a sinner in need of a saviour.

    AMEN

You said, I wasn't let of the hook when God saved me.

    I don't understand that.

Does grace only go so far? and not all the way.

    God Bless YOU!

    Jordyn.

You said you are not trying to be a nuisance, just trying to understand where I'm coming from.

When a parent comes on the site and asks for prayer for their child because he's given over to sin.

Why not pray for him rather than pitch your beliefs on the parent.

If you don't believe in what he believes in, let someone help that share the same beliefs.

When you stand in the way of that, Yes you are being an nuisance.
