    Matt.1:19 "A Just Man" (2 of 2)

Those who let public opinion run their lives were loathe to look at the glass of liberty, instead they loved the praise of men. What were these Jews, whited sepulchers. Parables were meant to separate hypocrites from the sincere.

"And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:/For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them./But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear."(13:14-16)

The Gospel begins with the Generation of Jesus Christ and ends with "lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen."(Matt.28:20) Joseph was just man because he would set up a holy family, and he stood in place of God the Father 'which art in heaven."
