Romans 8:28 "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Unless there is nothing you can change to stop this situation in a loving, peaceful way, trust that God is allowing this situation in your life for His good purpose toward you. Do your best to keep your things safe and then trust God to settle this in His way which is always best. Also in Jeramiah 29:11 God gives us additional confirmation of His thoughts always being on us. I will pray for you to be able to be at peace in the Lord until He intervenes for you. God Bless :)
Psalm 91:3 does seem to indicate that God keeps us from every trap and deadly disease. This verse also uses the word "fowler" which indicates those who manipulate others. I am hard pressed on an initial search to find verses on blessings of God's people directly related to this at least from Deuteronomy 28.
I have had things taken from me in the past; not from family members but from a coworker who kept "borrowing money" and not returning it. I was married at the time and on a limited budget; I finally confronted him and was going to fight a guy much larger than me. It turned out that he got fired shortly after that anyway; no doubt related to his "special projects" where merchandise from my place of employment was going into his own packages. I spent much of my childhood having things taken from me (largely due to my own stupidity); and was actually accused of taking something from the roommate of my girlfriend at the time and ended up paying her off to keep the authorities out of it and having to confess to something I didn't do.
My first prayer is that the Lord will make it clar just how to deal with it; whether there is a way out (i.e. moving out); or someone you can trust; or even a stranger who intervenes. The wicked will be caught at what they do. I am uncertain of specifics here as to your age; who you are actually living with that is in question or if it is money coming out of your account; etc.
I also would recommend that you diversify your assets; and of course not reveal where they are. That is hard; of course if you are at home and your parents are doing this. A general admonition of the Gospel and results of sin could be attempted. I am reasonably certain there are other factors here (again not being privy to whether there is some sort of addiction or other factors behind this).
I pray that if you have children or other innocent victims of this for the Lord to intervene and give you wisdom how to protect them.
