    (My respond to Paul's 1 Corinthians Chapter 9 comment on 9/05/2013, 7:07pm): Based on the article I've read about celibacy in priesthood which is being practiced by the Catholic Church in choosing their bishops, they made it clear that it's not part of their doctrine. They only adopt that practice as part of their house rules. The purpose is to keep them focus on their church activities especially the priesthood. At the same time to avoid them from being involved in anything concerning lust of the flesh which might tempt them to divide their attentions between church services and worldly matters.
