Please pray Jesus will help break the chains of Freemasonry on my immediate family. My maternal grandfather was heavily into it.And my maternal great grandfather was also heavily involved in it as well.I think that my mother and i are suffering for their involvment in it.Mom and i both have had very sad lives, with tons of disappointment and hardship .I am now somewhat disabled and my mom is totally disabled.I tried to say a specialp prayer renouncing their involvement. But am wondering if we are still being disciplined because of their involvement. For the record both my great grandfather is long dead in 1927.And my grandfather 1971.So i can no longer ask them to repent of it.Any thoughts on this?

You are not suffering be sure of your ancestors behaviour . If that was true and something that happened to all people what a terrible terrible life all of us would have . Read Ezekiel chapter 18 . Everyone suffers in this life it's part of being human and sinners . Think of how much Jesus suffered and he never sinned . It is through Christ and his victory that we can live happily in this life no matter how hard things get . We have something much better than this world to look forward to so focus on your life in Christ not on this life . This life will end but our life in Christ is forever with him forever and with him is no suffering only joy and peace . Look forward to that and you will be happy in this life no matter how hard things get .

    Hello Bibleman 72

He whom the Son has made free is free indeed! See John 8:36. You are freed, my brother!
