    Dear Joe: I agree with you 100% except, but believing that god sent his only son to die on the cross for my sins and all mankind is one thing, but BELIEVING and RECEIVING is the way to Jesus. I know of many historians who believed it happened, but don't accept it as their eternal salvation.
