    Hi Don,
    God is not OMNI present and that belief is not biblical. Literally and Spiritually, GOD's prensence will not be at all places like BEERHOUSE'S, NIGHT CLUB'S, place's of war/choas and ect... What that Bible say's that God's presence stands infront of 2 or more people who speaket in His name, and He also dwelt into those Person's heart who has faith in HIM and HIS SON's JESUS....
