He writes about the importance of life. God has control of everything that exists within us. He is a personal God. A God that directly deals with us on a personal basis. We can't say that God is far away, because the writer of the text says that He is a personal God. He knew us before we knew ourselves. The write doesn't hate his enemies, but he allows God to do the warfare against the Psalmist enemies. He lets God control his battles. He understands that God will do a better job in protecting him from harm. Then finally, he allows God to be involved in his life on a continuous basis.
