Christ death was deposit from the foundation of the world, with Christ death on the cross, the deposit it was released and all checks was honored and paid.

Jesus is sent directly from God as a messenger as high priest he is man direct and assessor with God. For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the tester. Testament (a will) require the deaths of it's maker before it can be set enforce. Christ life alone in the flesh could not establish the new testament his death in the fleshly form, his shed blood had to drain from the flesh of life existence was necessary. For a testament is a force after men are dead other wise it is of no strength at all why the tester live.
