I believe that this scripture goes hand and hand with Pro29 18 without revelation the people cast off restraints These restraints self controll and even vision purpose can only come from the Holy Spirit So when we as Children of God cast off our convictions moral values which are the restraints of the Holy Spirit broken walls are manifested in our lives So get God get Holy Spirit get strong convictions walls then you get vision purpose and that adds up to your to focused to cast off
