verse 26 God gives human kind power to rule the world. planet earth to be precise. explains why human life is uncomfortable or impossible in other planets. yet its so ironic its the same planet that we are told later in scripture that the devil has much influence. the devil might have a great influence in this world but we have the power over everything in this world. meaning we can overpower him!
