We will not always understand what language is being spoken.their are an estimated 6,700 languages spoken in this world and some of those spoken by fewer than 1000 people.Sometimes it may sound like jibber jabber and not a specific language to you but i seriously doubt that you would be able to recognise the origin of all 6,700 of those languages. So that would make some of them sound like jibber jabber to you but it doesn 't necessarily mean that they are.1 Corr. 14 v.2 He that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men but unto God for no man understandeth him.God waited until the feast of Pentecost to send the promise of His spirit when there were jews from every nation under heaven Acts 2 v.5 because of the feast, there were also strangers of Rome there Jews and proselytes aka gentiles converted to judaism. This will not be the case in most churches of today most will have people from 1 to maybe 5 nations present but that won 't stop hungry people from recieving the Holy Ghost just like it did not stop Cornelius and the rest of the gentiles in his house from recieving it with the evidence of tongues in Acts chapter 10 .May God bless and give increase to the seed I have planted in you as only He can.
