    This is the time of the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. According to the verses of 1Thesalonians 4 16and 17, clearly we can understand that the dead in Christ at first and then the remaining God 's children alive still will rise up to meet Him in the air. So that the carcase, here, stands for Our Lord Jesus Christ and the Eagles for all saints.
