This is the fourth part This is also two fold message because the Jews considered the Gentiles heathens and unclean then when God filled them with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the spirit gave them utterance, Peter would not have offered them the water. God had to break that prejudice cycle that Peter had in him in order to save the Gentiles. After you receive the Holy Ghost you are still a work in progress. You have to be molded into what God wants you to become.
