Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Acts 2 - 10 years ago
Hello to the writer of Baptism 's, Baptism alone does not save you. I believe I have stated that from the beginning. However, the correct baptism is very important to the salvation plan. According to the Word of God you are not complete without the correct baptism. You also need to repent and be filled with the Holy Ghost and speak in other tongues as the spirit of God give you utterance. You cannot get around Acts 2 38, even though people keep trying. This is the key in order to get into Heaven. If the baptism were not important then those 12 men in Acts 19 1 thru 7 would not have had to be rebaptized. If it was not important than the very first Gentiles would not have had to be baptized. But Peter declared that after Cornelius and his house had received the Holy Ghost just like them that Cornelius and his house were to be baptized, Acts Chapter 10. You have to have the correct Baptism there is no compromise with God 's salvation plan no matter who you are from the greatest to the smallest of us. God does not change to fit us we have to change to fit him.
