    Part 1 of 3 Hello Sam, Satan did not say that they would be like the gods he stated that they would be like gods. This is totally different. There is only one God. Man throughout the history of the world has created many Gods to worship however God only winked at that stuff. There has always been and always will be One God. In Acts 17 verses 28 thru 30 Paul is teaching them that do not think that the Godhead is what man makes it out to be it is not graven by art and man s devices example, many gods, graven images, frogs, trees, sun worship during this time God winked at however now we are to come unto repentance. Remember Paul is teaching the true church of God what was right and what was wrong.
