You have to have both, the water and the Spirit which is the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the spirit of God give utterance. You have to have the correct baptism. Jesus said it, Peter clarified it and the Apostles carried it out. The preacher must say over you that I will now baptized you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Try to find a Holy Ghost filled church that follows Acts 2 38.
