    Hello Robert Recently there was a testimony posted by a young lady who went to a church that practice Acts 2 38 and she got rebaptized and she stated that God filled her with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the spirit of God give utterance. When you read Acts 2 39 it states that "For the promise is unto you this means the Jews , and to your children this means their children , and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call this means everybody else who is not Jew this promise is for them to if they follow Acts 2 38 . God has not changed, people change, but God remains the same today, yesterday, and forever. You have to be born again through water and spirit.
