    Hello Robert In addition to my comment that I sent yesterday I would like to add, you do not receive the Holy Ghost through water, you receive the Holy Ghost through true repentance. The water baptism is symbolic for Jesus Christ burial. The correct water baptism is for the remission of sins which is done in Jesus Christ name. Some people are filled with the Holy Ghost before getting the baptism. Some people, like that young lady I told you about, is filled after the water baptism. In the end, you have to have both in order to be saved.
