Jesus bears witness to his father, the one that sent him. John 4, 34 Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work. John 6, 38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. John 7, 16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. John 8, 42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me for I proceeded forth and came from God neither came I of myself, but he sent me. John 8, 54 Jesus answered, if I honour myself, my honour is nothing it is my Father that honoureth me of whom ye say, that he is your God John 10, 25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not the works that I do in my Father 's name, they bear witness of me.
