    The Platonic definition of REASON is And Or & Not which equivelates to Yes Or No. Ben Sira:"Let reason go before every enterprize, and counsel before every action." The enterprize of our Common Wealth is the Judgement of our counsel through election. "The Reasonable and Just Majority of affirmation Or denial extrapolates the Trust of actionable Or innocent counsel"
    My epistemological question is this: Why can't we say No on our local ballots?
