    Part 2 The book of Romans is addressing the Roman Christians that were already saved, Romans 1 1 thru 7. Also the Corinthian people were already saved as well. The Corinthians were baptized, Acts 18 8 And Crispus, the chief ruler of the synagogue, believed on the Lord with all his house and many of the Corinthians hearing believed, and were baptized. When you read Romans 10 7 thru 14, these are the conditions of Salvation not the plan of Salvation. Yes, a person has to believe however this is not the only thing you have to do. Faith alone does not save you, James 2 17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone . The devils believe and tremble, James 2 19. You still have to follow Acts 2 38.
