    No Bailey TM. It doesn 't mean that about Chapter 22 verse 6. It means that if a child is raised the "right way ", they will take that with them into adulthood and well into his or her old age. Apparently, when someone has no respect for the Holy Bible, which is God 's word, and even makes a joke about it, there is a strong chance that they were not raised the right way, which is very sad.
