    Part 1 of 4 Hello Joni G. Being a teacher I have the responsibility to tell the truth concerning the word of God. The evidence of speaking in tongues is the proof that you have the true Holy Ghost. Paul, who is the Gentiles Apostle stated to the Corinthian church, 1 Corinthians 14 39 Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues . Just because you do not have it, this does not mean that you do not need it. Jesus stated that you have to be born of water and spirit in order to get into the kingdom of God. Every church does not teach the oneness or Acts 2 38. This is why it is important that you find out what their foundational beliefs are.
