    Part 2 of 3 The reason why people are not being filled with the Holy they Ghost is because truly have not let go of the world in their heart. God looks at the heart of everyone. Repentance is a godly sorrow that will affect emotions, 2 Corinthians 7 9 and 10. When God looks at the heart and sees that a person is truly repented then there is a circumcision of the heart pricked in the heart this prompts a true repentance of emotion, Romans 2 29, Colossians 2 11, Acts 2 37.
