    Hello Jerry M. Leonard When Jesus told Peter in Matthew 16 19 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven . Peter stated those keys on the Day of Pentecost in Acts 2 38. Then he stated in Acts 2 39 For the promise is unto you this is to the Jews , and to your children this is to the Jewish children , and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call this is to the Gentiles . The first Gentile to follow this is Cornelius and his house. This is a witness to what Peter spoke into existence on that day. It did not just stop there. It continues today. I spoke with a minister who stated she laid her hands on someone and they received the Holy Ghost. It is very real.
