    Hello Jerry M. Leonard Joel 2 28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions When you read Acts 2 17 it quotes Joel. However, the importance of this scripture is that it states ALL FLESH . This does not mean some flesh or just the Jewish flesh. So when Peter clarified it in Acts 2 39 this lets you know who Joel, the prophet, was speaking of.
