    Hello RNM The church in Ephesians was already saved and called saints of God. We can deduce that they had followed Acts 2 38 because Paul addressed them as saints. In order to be a true saint and be called of God you have to put on his name, by following Acts 2 38. We are sealed by way of circumcision of the heart and filled with the Holy Ghost. If you read verse 24 "And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness ". 2 Corinthians 5 17 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature old things are passed away behold, all things are become new. The only way to be in Christ you have to be born again through water and spirit.
