Yes, I believe the Word of God declares the omnipresence of God, particularly the verse you are inquiring about Psalm 139:7-10. God is present in all His creation, but in no manner limited by it. This attribute is a source of comfort to the believer because He is always available to help us. It is a source of warning and restraint because we cannot escape God. Other verses that prove God 's omnipresence include 1 Kings 8:27 Isa. 66:l Jer. 23:23f. Acts 7:48f. 17:24f. Rom 10:6-8. In conclusion Heb 4:13 says, Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. Omnipresent present everywhere at once.
