The Bible speaks to three different people, the Jew, the Christian and the Gentile. There are divisions of dispensations that many people who read the Bible can not understand which rightly divide the word. Acts is a transitional book, Acts 2 has nothing to do with Christians. It was a Jewish feast for jews and only happened one time in history. Paul tells us in 1Cor.15:1-4 how we as Gentiles are to be saved. It has NOTHING to do with water. Those that teach otherwise are false according to God 's word.
