Joshi Prasad, I would say from what the previous Scriptures say that the New Heaven and the New Jerusalem are one and the same. All this occurs after the final battle in all history after Satan is loosed out of his prison Rev. 20:7 the battle of Gog and Magog. God said in earlier verses Behold I make all things new or everything new. This is the New Heaven and New Earth where all the redeemed creation of God and Jesus Christ will spend eternity.
