@ Jael. You are right about David, he knew the sin he committed & repented but it was not only that incident. David is known as the "Man after God's heart" he always repented before the Lord.
About Solomon, he is David's biological son. When David saw Bathsheba, she was married to Uriah, but David still engaged with her but the first seed that they had died ( 2Sam 12:15-23).
2Sam 12:24-25 says the Lord has extended his mercy to David & Bathsheba & they bore a child called Solomon in hebrew (Jedidaih). At this time Uriah was dead, so it is not possible for Solomon to be Uriah's son.
