    Cause in genesis chap 1:1-2the bible says God created heaven and earth. The earth was without form and void and darkness was on the face of the deep. And God started to create things on earth for Heaven was perfect and well done the Angels were been created that is why God did not touch the Heavens but the earth. satan were been created by God before God created things on earth. Thanks
