    Who committed the most worst act? The sons of Belial ( the devil) who wanted to have sex or rape the Levite Priest ,or the Levite Priest who gave the men his concubine to keep them from wanting to have sex or rape him and than cutting up his concubine in 12 pieces and scattering the pieces of her body throughout all the coast of Israel after the sons of Belial raped her all night long.
