The word law in Rom. 2:13, 5:20, Gal. 3:19 & 1 Tim. 3:19 is referencing a law that has been added to the law which increased the sin of Jesus' crucifixion to the level of unilateral accountability. The word trespass in Rom. 5:20 is the single trespass of Jesus' crucifixion which is the sin of murder caused by bloodshed. No sin is a direct benefit especially when bloodshed has caused the loss of a man's life. Therefore the crucifixion of Jesus is not a direct benefit. And is only beneficial by entering a change of the law
after his crucifixion so that it is only by the faith to obey God by this law that a grant to escape the penalty of eternal death is tendered to an individual who obeys God this Way. However the consequence for the person who refuses will result in that person serving the penalty of eternal death.
