Jesus has many lovers of His heavenly kingdom, but few bearers of His cross. Thomas a Kempis. Not only should we strive to endure but in doing so, we need to speak out about the on-going persecution of Christians around the globe...especially now in the Middle East where Christianity had its beginning. Today, many Christians are being forced to convert from their faith or suffer the consequences of holding on to it. The free exercise of our faith is under attack for we are all brothers and sisters in Christ. Oswald Chambers once stated, "God puts His saints where they will glorify Him." Its now the time for Christians everywhere to take a personal and collective stand for Christ...bear His cross...and let our light shine before the world. We cannot afford to remain silent while our brothers and sisters in Christ suffer--fighting the good fight of enduring belief and faith in God and our Lord Christ Jesus! Only we in this generation can speak up for God and Christ as other generations of faithful believers have in the past. Arise and shine! God bless!
