    ask JESUS TO MAKE ME aware of the enemies strategies and give me the strength not to fall into them.i am taking special care to my thoughts as i go through the day.i dont like where my head is some of the time.especially when i rehearse in my mind what im going to say to someone.i can really get worked up over that.makes me mad i dont catch myself sooner but it gets better over time...
