    I can here to review 1Tim 4:3 regarding meat. I am a vegan. I would prefer that the Scripture were given complete without the brackets so that I can read it precisely as written. And for the record, I don't 'command' anyone to do anything and no one 'commanded' me not to eat meat. I don't eat meat as a protest to the horrific treatment of farmed animals in this country -- all farmed animals. People could eat meat without cruelty -- and cruelty is something God condemns in its entirety. But if someone can show me an accurate translation on this topic, I would love to see that.
