ps 34 is the affirmation of the power of the awesome power of God in all situations. Similar to this is Ps 107:6;13;19;28; they cried unto the Lord and He aswered them. ps 34 is the testimony of Gods power and should therfore be used as an authority in our various situations-we should invoke it.
