    Bruce,I believe the verses you gave."fearful","spirit of fear"could be referring to worldly things.I will hold fast to: Luke 12:4"Jesus said,And I say to you my friends, be not afraid of them that kill the body,and after that have no more that they can do." 5."But I will forwarn you whom ye shall fear:Fear him, whom after hath killed hath power to cast into hell.Yea,I say unto you fear him
